Welcome to IMS/NGN Forum

The IMS/NGN Forum is comprised of equipment and software vendors, systems integrators, and service providers delivering cable, wireless, wireline and enterprise solutions. Our members run the gamut from small and medium-sized companies to Fortune 500 enterprises. The common thread is their shared interest in championing IMS. IMS/NGN Forum focuses on three main areas:

  • Plugfest and technical working groups are involved in the creation of test plans, whitepapers, best practices and guidelines.
  • Aggressive outbound marketing activities, consisting of press activities, analyst briefings, industry events, speaking engagements, by-lined articles, case studies and more.
  • Business development and planning tools, including industry research and ROI models.

IMS/NGN Forum Activities

  • Organizing frequent Plugfest events for IMS and NGN adopters' validation
  • Developing a certification program for IMS and NGN interfaces including pre-certification in qualified labs
  • Promoting best practices for technology, business and product requirements including deployment strategies, implementation models and reference architectures
  • Providing consultancy and advisory activities for service providers and vendors
  • Educating the market through conferences, seminars and whitepapers

IMS/NGN Forum Membership Levels

Note: Membership runs 12 months beginning in either January or June.

  • Full Member, Large Company (Annual Revenues of $30M USD or More)
    • Dues: $15,000.00 USD
  • Full Member, Small Company (Annual Revenues between $0M - $30M USD)
    • Dues: $7,500.00 USD
  • Affiliate Member (Government, Non-Profit Organizations, and Media Sponsors)
    • Dues: $3,500.00 USD
